Without a doctor's order, massage therapy is currently subject to Ohio state sales tax. To avoid sales tax, please bring a written order from your M.D. (or Chiropractor or Dentist). It need not have a set number of visits. It can say something as simple as,
"I recommend that this patient receive massage therapy for stress reduction, as needed".
